Moment of Silence

A moment of silence if you please, out of respect for the 56, 000 and counting unfortunate souls who have lost their lives in the recent tsunami disaster.

The saddest part about this whole incident having occured in Asia is that somehow, you know somebody who knows somebody who's somebody has died or is still reported missing. And the worst part about this entire incident is those people in the media are fighting for the sake of ratings to see who has more bodies.

Makes you wonder if it's really worthwhile reporting about bad news.

Look hard
And be patient

The footsteps that you leave behind

They are proof that you exist
Live, lived, living
Still alive

The love that you once had
Felt today

Buried within

Hesitations are wasted because life is short
Even the sun has to set at the end of the day

So live the way you want to live
Choose to live
So that you may be worthy of the corpse
That you must one day leave behind
